• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Customized, tailored, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products marked as final sale or purchased during special promotional events are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

• We recommend using a reliable courier service and providing us with the tracking details for the return shipment. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
